Randall supports SC Development in both acquisitions and new development projects across the self-storage and multi-family portfolio. He has a strong background in commercial real estate finance, asset management, and acquisition analysis after working for several years in commercial real estate brokerage and on the asset management team of a private investment firm focused on manufactured housing communities.

For three generations we have developed real estate projects that provide long term stable cash flow to our company. Our portfolios of real estate include multifamily, self-storage, land, and other opportunistic developments. We take a different approach to real estate development. Every opportunity is analyzed with a primary objective of generational hold. This focus on the long term allows us to invest in the communities we believe in and have a significant interest in their continual growth and health. This also provides us with a portfolio that creates consistent cash flow and stability allowing us to strategically grow throughout each stage of the real estate cycles. Multifamily Portfolio - We develop, own, and operate a portfolio of multifamily assets throughout Southern California. These properties range in size from 12 to 460 units in each location. Self-Storage Portfolio - We develop, own, and operate self-storage properties throughout Southern California, Nevada & Hawaii. Our properties operate under the My Self Storage Space banner and other affiliated property names. Land Development - With our long term view of real estate development, we strategically acquire land and redevelopment opportunities to allow for a consistent pipeline of new projects. Alternative Investments - We own other real estate product types through joint-ventures and opportunistic acquisitions of properties that we deem to be good investments for the company’s growth.
