For three generations we have developed real estate projects that provide long term stable cash flow to our company. Our portfolios of real estate include multifamily, self-storage, land, and other opportunistic developments. We take a different approach to real estate development. Every opportunity is analyzed with a primary objective of generational hold. This focus on the long term allows us to invest in the communities we believe in and have a significant interest in their continual growth and health. This also provides us with a portfolio that creates consistent cash flow and stability allowing us to strategically grow throughout each stage of the real estate cycles. Multifamily Portfolio - We develop, own, and operate a portfolio of multifamily assets throughout Southern California. These properties range in size from 12 to 460 units in each location. Self-Storage Portfolio - We develop, own, and operate self-storage properties throughout Southern California, Nevada & Hawaii. Our properties operate under the My Self Storage Space banner and other affiliated property names. Land Development - With our long term view of real estate development, we strategically acquire land and redevelopment opportunities to allow for a consistent pipeline of new projects. Alternative Investments - We own other real estate product types through joint-ventures and opportunistic acquisitions of properties that we deem to be good investments for the company’s growth.
