A managing director at Scannell Properties, Ralph Shiley has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of capital markets, and extensive industry relationships. He directs the company's underwriting, financing, acquisition, and disposition strategies, enabling Scannell to provide the most cost-effective solutions for its clients. Accomplishments include completing over $6 billion in transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining Scannell, he worked with HFF as a director, and a vice president at KeyBank. He holds a bachelor of science, real estate/finance, Indiana, University.
