Philip Wise

Philip Wise is a founding partner of Cienda Partners and serves on the Board of the company. Philip’s career includes more than 35 years of diverse investment and management experience. Prior to founding Cienda Partners, Philip founded Mission Holdings, a family investment holding company and served for twelve years as Executive Vice President and investment manager for Crow Holdings, the Trammell Crow family holding company. Throughout Philip’s career he has personally led over $3 billion in transactions and has invested and managed a diversified portfolio of real estate investments, real estate service companies and construction material investments. Philip graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with degrees in business and political science, and a Juris Doctor of Law. He is actively involved in a variety of national and local charitable and civic activities.
