Welcome to Cienda Partners. A private investment group that uncovers unique off-market opportunities to acquire and transform real estate assets, serving our investors, our operating partners, and our communities. Cienda’s strategy is opportunistic at its core – we are not limited by property type, having successfully invested in a broad range of properties, including land, office, retail, residential, resort and hotels, along with financial instruments secured by real estate. Our investments to date have primarily been in the southwestern and southeastern United States. We are focused on assets that offer Cienda a particular competitive advantage over the broad market – either because the investment is sourced off-market, as nine out of ten of our investments have been through our extensive network of financial institutions and real estate operating partners, or because the investment has a distressed element that Cienda can creatively or is uniquely suited to resolve.
