In 1997, Philip Holman joined The Mattiace Company as a Sales and Brokerage Specialist. His responsibilities include retail development, site selection and retail, office, and warehouse brokerage. Mr. Holman began his real estate career in 1993 as an appraiser with Realty Services in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1994 he joined Madison Realty Group as a Commercial Broker Associate. While at Madison Realty, he served as a General Commercial Broker in the areas of office, retail, restaurant and warehouse, representing both buyers and sellers. He is a former president of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors, former president and active member of the Mississippi Chapter of CCIM, The Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial Association of Mississippi, a member of the National and Jackson Association of Realtors, a Charter Member of the Commercial and Investment Division of the Mississippi Association of Realtors, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Holman was named 2018 Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Business Administration with an emphasis in banking and finance.
