Alongside partner Ara Rostamian, the team has completed 545+ transactions totaling $2.2B, recognized for market knowledge, client service, and consistent execution.
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Orbell is a long-time member of ICSC. Outside the office, he’s a dedicated family man who enjoys camping, time off the grid, and big-game hunting.
