Bio
Nick graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a dual Finance and Accounting concentration and an Economics minor which led to position with KPMG in their San Francisco office in 2005. Following KPMG, Nick transitioned into real estate development with Land Associates in Idaho managing entitlements and financing for single-family subdivision projects. In 2010, he moved back to California and obtained a MS in Real Estate Development from the University of San Diego. He formed and managed several private investment funds acquiring and repositioning homes and apartment buildings for a few years before co-founding Global Senior Housing.
