Nick Geaneotes is a retail investment sales specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, where he exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of investment properties throughout the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region. Nick advises and assists private investors in all aspects of single tenant net-leased investment transactions across various tenant types but has carved a niche in the New England area. Nick built an in depth understanding of tenant operations while working with a regional retail brokerage as a leasing intern. His previous experience allows him to be an advisor to clients looking to purchase or dispose of single-tenant assets. Nick currently resides in Philadelphia and attended West Chester University where he studied Finance. When not working, Nick enjoys Golfing, Wakeboarding and travel. He actively engages in volunteer activities and fundraising for local organizations including, Special Olympics of New Jersey, Philadelphia Eagles Autism Challenge, The Ability Experience, and Crafters for Life.
