Nick Geaneotes is an investment sales specialist at Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, where he focuses on net-leased investment transactions, sale-leasebacks, and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the nation. During his professional career at Marcus & Millichap, Nick has exclusively represented private investors, developers, and family offices on investment property transactions at every level. He prides himself on being deeply committed to helping his clients achieve their business and real estate goals through strategic, thoughtful, and result-driven professionalism. He remains passionate about implementing his competitive nature to business with the goal of always exceeding client expectations. Nick has built an in-depth understanding in all aspects of market research, asset dispositions, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, property valuations, effective marketing strategies, escrow management, and deal-team communication throughout his career. Nick currently resides in Philadelphia and attended West Chester University, where he studied Finance. Outside of the office, Nick enjoys traveling and attending professional sporting events. He actively engages in volunteer activities and fundraising for local organizations, including, Special Olympics of New Jersey, the Philadelphia Eagles Autism Challenge and the Ability Experience.
