Michele Deline joined Newmark in 2025 and serves as an Analyst for the Colorado Multifamily Investment Sales Team in the firm’s Denver office. In this role, she supports valuation, underwriting, and transaction execution for multifamily assets across Colorado, leveraging both her analytical training and hands-on real estate experience. Prior to Newmark, Deline earned a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a four-year letterwinner on the Notre Dame Women’s Lacrosse Team, demonstrating discipline, leadership, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Following graduation, she spent five years with Equus Software in software implementation, gaining technical and client-facing expertise that informs her approach to data-driven investment analysis. Deline went on to pursue advanced real estate studies at the University of Denver, earning a Master of Science in Real Estate in 2025. While completing her graduate program, she held an internship with Jordon Perlmutter & Co., a Denver-based real estate investment and development firm, where she gained direct exposure to acquisitions, development, and Denver’s evolving multifamily landscape. Deline’s combination of technical proficiency, market knowledge, and practical transaction experience equips her to meaningfully support the team’s underwriting and advisory efforts across the Colorado multifamily market.
