Michael Zelin is a Managing Director in Washington, DC. He specializes in debt placement and the financing of commercial assets across office, hospitality, retail, industrial, construction and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Michael spent 12 years with Eastdil Secured and 4 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and while at JLL, he worked in JLL's San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Michael has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has participated in more than $50 billion in transactions. Michael holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Management.
