Bio
After years of hands on leadership in the property management department, Michael Rahael now oversees Amera’s Real Estate Services division which encompasses Property Management, Leasing, Construction and Development. Michael joined Amera in 2003 after working throughout the State of Florida conducting Real Estate Appraisals. Michael brings his eye for valuation to the team and has served the local community in various capacities over the years. Michael is a member of ICSC and the Merchants Association of Las Olas. He has been active on the CS Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee. He was also appointed to the board of the Coral Springs Economic Development Foundation where he served from 2009 to 2015. Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida and an avid football fan.
