Bio
Michael serves as the Senior Vice President of Investments & Planning for Envolve Communities. In this role, he is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating analytics and quality control functions across the Company’s development, acquisitions, asset management, finance, and accounting teams in furtherance of Envolve’s investment and planning objectives. Michael also serves as chair of Envolve’s investment committee. Prior to joining Envolve, Michael was Head of Asset Management for Equity Resource Investments, LLC (“ERI”), a real estate private equity firm. In this role, Michael directed the firm’s asset management and underwriting activities while sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing new joint venture investments for private equity investment funds. Michael has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and other industry trade journals. He has also participated as a panelist at real estate industry conferences and contributed to academic studies related to the valuation of minority interest investments. Michael received his BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley
