Envolve Communities is a vertically integrated owner and operator of multi-family housing. Our diverse portfolio consists of affordable, tax credit, conventional, layered, and HOME communities. Since we own the properties we manage, it allows us to be more efficient in our processes, quickly enact changes, optimize the performance of our assets, and enhance the living experience of our residents. Envolve’s investment platform is anchored by a group of talented professionals who, together with supporting associates, are responsible for all aspects of the Company’s affordable and workforce housing acquisition, finance, and development activities. The investment team has diverse experience touching on all relevant disciplines—including investment sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, construction management, rehabilitation, disposition, and project finance. The Envolve investment team specializes in both multifamily and senior housing preservation projects, financed using State and Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”) paired with tax mortgage bond financing and various soft debt programs. The Federal Historic Tax Credit Program is also accessed for qualifying projects. The mission of Envolve’s asset management team is to work tirelessly each day, on behalf of all company stakeholders, to optimize portfolio performance and value—while also helping to build strong and healthy communities in which our residents can thrive and grow. Envolve’s in-house asset management team provides comprehensive asset management capabilities in support of the Company’s affordable and workforce housing portfolio.
