Bio
Mr. O'Dea oversees property management for Hekemian properties. He directs Hekemian property managers in the continual pursuit of protecting the physical assets and the maximizing of financial returns. Mike’s responsibilities include managing large capital projects, implementing operational controls, and instructing all team members in attaining the highest levels of skill, including property managers, leasing associates, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel. It is under his leadership that the Hekemian team on the ground is able to provide its highly acclaimed, award-winning customer service. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Apartment Association and also serves as a board member on two municipal rent leveling boards in Bergen County, New Jersey.
