As a full-service real estate firm with leasing and property management at our heart, we've invested a significant portion of our resources in tenant retention, state-of-the-art marketing, and effective maintenance and property management programs. This has helped us adapt to a radically shifting retail landscape, working with new and nontraditional tenants, using social media to connect to our shoppers, and adjusting our acquisition and management criteria to maximize returns to our investors.

Because we have never lost the human touch, we understand that our centers are not just places for customers to shop; rather they are destinations for communities to gather throughout the year and create experiences.
