As a full-service real estate firm with leasing and property management at our heart, we've invested a significant portion of our resources in tenant retention, state-of-the-art marketing, and effective maintenance and property management programs. This has helped us adapt to a radically shifting retail landscape, working with new and nontraditional tenants, using social media to connect to our shoppers, and adjusting our acquisition and management criteria to maximize returns to our investors.
