Mr. Trone specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. He has a strong background in structuring lease transactions, property dispositions and build-to-suit projects. Taking a comprehensive approach, he is able to deliver solutions that align with the overall objectives of an organization and help them gain a competitive advantage. Mr. Trone also is skilled in leveraging Cushman & Wakefield’s broad platform and capabilities to provide a high level of service to his clients. Mr. Trone has completed transactions totaling over 21 million square feet for a combined value at over $1.3 billon. He is a double recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Zimmerman Award given to individuals displaying a strong work ethic, community involvement, teamwork and high character. Mr. Trone began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Trone worked as a White House Intern for the office of Strategic Initiatives, under Karl Rove. He is an Eagle Scout and former board President for the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association, which helps to assure inclusion and enhance independence of people with Down syndrome. Mr. Trone is also an avid bow hunter and practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
