Matthew Hinrichs

Matthew is actively involved in new acquisitions and asset management of the Stonemark portfolio. Prior to co-founding ORION Commercial Partners in 2010, Matthew worked in the CBRE Asset Services group where he managed the property accounting, financial reporting, leasing, and construction management of a 1.4M SF portfolio. Matthew later built upon this experience in brokerage where he focused on the repositioning, addition of value, and sale of assets for institutional and private clients, alike.

His understanding of property performance and lease administration gives him a comprehensive perspective when analyzing and evaluating real estate transactions for his clients. Owners and investors benefit from Matthew’s broad experience with a variety of asset types and his hands-on knowledge. Matthew graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business and a finance concentration. Settling in Seattle with his wife and daughter, Matthew enjoys cycling, skiing and is an active member of the Seattle Yacht Club.
