After years of building net worth in the Pacific Northwest, our team sought to redeploy our own capital in higher yield markets across the United States to generate predictable reoccurring cash flow with attractive returns. We also desire to grow our equity in a tax-efficient vehicle that can be preserved for future generations.

Having established a solid track record and proven performance history, our team expanded to extend this opportunity to our friends, family, and our valued investors.
