Matt Pacinelli is a member of Stream’s national office leadership group and leader of the Washington, D.C. agency leasing team.  He has developed a lengthy track record of value creation as advisor and partner to the world’s leading institutional and private equity investment firms, associations, and corporations in sourcing and executing sophisticated commercial real estate strategies. Mr. Pacinelli’s comprehensive capabilities include office property acquisition and due diligence, leasing, property management, development, and construction.

Prior to joining Stream, he held roles at Penzance where he was a key executive and Senior Vice President, where he led all office and retail leasing and marketing efforts of the firm’s office portfolio from 2005 to 2016 & Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc., where he was Director of Leasing. He was responsible for managing the leasing component of the firm’s Washington, DC regional portfolio. He also served as a member of CBRE’s Washington, D.C. corporate services team which provided international tenant representation and corporate advisory services to a variety of Fortune 500 and major institutional clients.
