Matt Larson

Mr. Larson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Promontory Investments. Through strategic acquisitions and management of premier commercial properties, Matt strives to provide himself and his partners with stable cash flow returns and long term capital appreciation. Throughout his career, Matt has been involved in the ownership, management, and development of over $1 Billion of large infrastructure, multifamily, commercial, and single family projects. Matt and his partners have bought and sold over $70 Million, 1,100 units, in multifamily properties since 2009. Matt was brought up and engrained with the highest ethics and morals including achieving the highest rank in Boy Scouts, the Eagle Scout Award. In 2004, Matt graduated from Chico State University with a bachelors degree in Construction Management and Business. After college Matt worked for Kiewit, a construction and engineering firm and a leading fortune 500 company. For 9 years Matt was managing major infrastructure construction and engineering projects where he was directly responsible for over $100M budgets. In 2009, Matt brought his skills and passion to the private investment space with his niche for detailed due diligence, market analysis, acquisitions, and management of commercial real estate investments.
