Mark Washington is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Multifamily Team. He has over 15 years of experience handling equity and capital transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Over the course of his career, Mark has been involved in over $50 Billion in capital markets transactions, both as a principal and intermediary.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mark handled multifamily investments for Eastdil Secured, and spent time working in Investment Sales for JLL throughout Seattle and Portland. He began his career as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and later Director at TIAA (later TH Real Estate), where he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of over 70 commercial assets nationwide.
