With over 4 decades of real estate experience, Mark provides expertise in all aspects of the company. He has successfully developed a multitude of residential & commercial property types. Beginning his career in the for-sale residential space, Mark founded Shawntana Development where he built approx. 200 homes per year for over a decade. Since that time, Mark has focused purely on income producing assets. Mark is a licensed General Contractor & Real Estate Broker in CA, and earned his degree from UCI.
