Based in Washington, DC, he sources, evaluates, structures, and closes development and value-add opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic.  He also provides development support for Evergreen projects across the country. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle spent over six years as Director of Acquisitions for Blue Water Development.  During his time there, he focused on transaction sourcing, due diligence oversight, project financing, and entitlements management. Previously, Kyle worked as an Acquisitions Analyst for KB Homes where he focused on analyzing and underwriting development deals.  He began his career as a Retail Analyst with CBRE Group (then known as CB Richard Ellis) where he was a member of a team that performed site acquisition and store placement strategy for national credit retailers. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from American University and is a member of ULI and AREUEA.
