Kyle Grzybowski

Kyle Grzybowski is Vice President of Investments for Transcendent Investment Management with additional responsibilities on the asset management side of the business. He has 9 years of experience working in private markets. He began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co., initially as a member of the firm’s private equity secondaries and co-investments teams for three years before transitioning internally as an acquisitions analyst on the firm’s private equity real estate team where he focused on acquiring commercial real estate assets spanning the risk spectrum from heavy value-add to core properties. He then spent the following two years as an acquisitions associate at ApexOne Investment Partners, a boutique private equity real estate firm targeting value-add workforce housing apartments throughout the sunbelt region of the US. While at ApexOne, Kyle was involved in numerous property acquisitions as well property dispositions. Additionally, he re-built the platform’s underwriting model, waterfall model, investment committee memo, and several other templates for various market analyses. Kyle graduated with a B.S. in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
