Transcendent Investment Management (TIM) is a diversified private equity real estate investment firm and vertically integrated manager that focuses on the acquisition, development, and management of single-family homes and attached townhome rentals. TIM centers their investment strategy around scattered build-for-rent (BFR) newly constructed homes in new communities and purpose-built BFR of new homes highly-amenitized communities.

In February 2021, Transcendent Investment Management and a multifamily owner and operator Electra America established a fund, Transcendent Electra, focusing on newly built single-family rental homes and attached townhomes purchased directly from homebuilders throughout Sunbelt states Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

Its newest division, ARK Living - a collection of programs, products, and services integrated into the app helping residents maintain good physical, mental and spiritual health. ARK Living supports each of the six individual pillars of well-being and longevity: movement, nutrition, supplements, diagnostics, mindset, sleep.
