Kimberly ("Kim") Troeller is a Senior Analyst on the U.S. Investment Sales team, based in the New York City office.

Prior to joining Avision Young, Kim was an Associate in the Equity Division at Time Equities Inc. in New York, where she was responsible for raising capital for the TEI’s real estate acquisitions and fund opportunities across the country, having obtained her Series 22 and 63 securities licenses. She has previous real estate experience interning with JLL, Full Court Development, and Draper & Kramer, Inc.

Kim was named on Commercial Observer’s Top 30 Under 30 Sales and Leasing Professionals List in 2025.

Kim received her BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
