The community is anchored by the planned $60 million Whitecap Marina & Yacht Club and is already seeing meaningful site activation, with completed amenities including Heron’s Nest Café & Park and Pelican’s Landing Pool & Fitness Facility, both located within the Phase 1 Residential District. Additional residential product, hospitality uses, and supporting amenities are under active construction, positioning Whitecap as an established, amenity-driven coastal community with near-term and long-term delivery.
