Kevin Schmitz is Vice President in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. His experience covers a wide selection of asset classes and he has extensive knowledge in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island markets. Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Kevin worked as a Director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield. Kevin studied at the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics & Finance and a minor in International Business, studying in Australia & New Zealand for one semester. Kevin lives in Brooklyn and enjoys attending concerts, traveling, running and the outdoors in his free time.
