Kelly Lim

Kelly is a Senior Vice President at the firm responsible for leading the asset management and leasing activities within Crestlight’s portfolio and overseeing business plan execution for the properties.

Prior to Crestlight, Kelly worked at Columbia Property Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust with a focus on Class A office assets in prime markets throughout the U.S. While at Columbia, Kelly managed a portfolio comprising 2.4 million SF with a total enterprise value of $2 billion. Prior to Columbia Property Trust, Kelly worked as a Vice President at Rockwood Capital, a real estate fund with $6.5 billion in assets under management, where he was responsible for 20 office and multifamily properties with a total enterprise value of over $2.5 billion. Prior to Rockwood Capital, Kelly worked at Clarion Partners with roles in asset management and acquisitions.

Kelly is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York CFA Society. Kelly received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. Kelly and his wife live in Brooklyn, NY with their two children.
