Katrina Nadres-Hurtado

Katrina joined LS in 2019 and serves as the Director of Real Estate. In this role, she oversees the property management, leasing and asset management of our diverse real estate portfolio. Before joining LS, Katrina served as the VP of Asset Management, Western Region at Westwood Financial where she oversaw every facet of the operations of over 3 ½ million square feet of retail shopping centers in 9 states. In her earlier role at Westwood Financial, Katrina was the Director of Property Management where she oversaw the property management of over 110 properties totaling over 6 million square feet of retail shopping centers. Katrina is a proud UCLA Bruin.
