From the day we opened our doors, LS Capital has been a fully integrated private equity firm built on a sound financial foundation and long-lasting relationships. LS Realty Group was founded by two partners in 1998 to buy and syndicate residential and commercial real estate projects. In 2011 LS Capital Group was formed to expand the company’s investment purview to include distressed debt. In 2012 LS Realty Group and LS Capital Group merged to become one company, LS Capital, which is owned and managed by multiple partners and comprehensively serves a wide range of investors. We use our vertically integrated hands-on approach to achieve superior results. Since profit is made on the acquisition but realized on the sale, each team member from acquisition through asset management to disposition plays an important and vital role in the success of the company, the mitigation of costs, and the maximization of investor returns. Our four lines of business include: Distressed Debt, Real Estate, Asset Management, & Property Management. Our investment portfolio, loans and real estate, spans over 35 states.
