Julia Spitz is Executive Vice President at Savarino Properties, responsible for oversight and day-to-day management of 250,000 square feet of commercial, residential and retail space in Western New York. Julia is a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and Licensed Property Manager as well as a member of BOMA Buffalo and NAIOP Upstate New York.  Outside the real estate business, Julia has served on the board of directors for Explore & More Children’s Museum, Girls on the Run Buffalo and as an LISC WNY Community-Based Real Estate Development Training Mentor. She also teaches and participates in yoga at Power Yoga Buffalo Elmwood.

Savarino Companies was formed in 2001 by Samuel J. Savarino, who remains the sole owner of the firm. In our 20-year history, we have grown to become one of the leading construction firms in Western and Central New York, and have served as General Contractor or Construction Manager on many noteworthy projects. During this time, we have also grown into a full-service real estate development and property management firm primarily focused on multifamily housing in the Buffalo-Niagara region.
