Savarino Companies was formed in 2001 by Samuel J. Savarino, who remains the sole owner of the firm. In our 20-year history, we have grown to become one of the leading construction firms in Western and Central New York, and have served as General Contractor or Construction Manager on many noteworthy projects. During this time, we have also grown into a full-service real estate development and property management firm primarily focused on multifamily housing in the Buffalo-Niagara region. Savarino’s mission is to be the preferred builder, developer and property manager in the markets we serve, and through our experience and integrity, provide value to our clients, our partners and our community. Our team has the depth of experience in all aspects of construction, development and property management to handle just about any commercial, multifamily, hospitality or institutional project. Our mixed-use portfolio includes ground-up construction, renovation, historic rehabilitation and brownfield remediation projects. Our clients include some of the most influential education institutions, healthcare providers, civic organizations, municipalities and nonprofits in Western and Central New York, and NYS government agencies.
