Julia Burnham

Julia Burnham joined Terraco in January, 2016. With more than 35 years of experience as a commercial real estate executive, she has developed and implemented strategic plans for prime retail, office, mixed use and development projects. Julia previously was a Senior Advisor at SVN Chicago Commercial and a Vice President/Officer at JMB Realty Corporation. At Terraco, Julia’s oversees all aspects of asset and property management for the Terraco and third-party portfolio. She is actively growing the company’s third-party property and asset management, and leasing services. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ICSC and WIRL (Women in Retail Leasing).
