Bio
Judson "Jud" Pankey founded Prescott Group in 1996. As the chief executive officer, he is responsible for directing operating strategy, client and investor relations and capital market initiatives.
Prior to Prescott, Jud was the executive vice president at SCI-Roev Realty Group, where he was responsible for the asset management of a $120 million investment portfolio comprising of 1.8 million square feet as well as several undeveloped sites in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. He has also created or served on the board of several special projects, including the Transit Oriented Development Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District, Central Dallas Association, the City Center TIF District, Downtown Dallas Improvement District, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI), Vickery Meadow Improvement District (VMID), West End Association, Uptown Public Improvement District (UPID), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Dallas Assembly, The Real Estate Council and Thanks-Giving Square.
