Prescott Group was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Our Company is a diversified real estate investment firm with over 20 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions and debt resolution management.

Prescott Group is comprised of three distinct yet cohesive verticals Prescott Realty Group, Dyck O’Neal and Prescott Advisors. Our Company utilizes its core strengths across all three verticals to identify, evaluate and execute on accretive real estate transactions.

The Prescott Realty Group property portfolio is a diverse mix of office, multi-family, mixed-use and transit-oriented properties. We focus our resources on urban infill properties with varied uses and within close proximity to local mass transportation, universities, or other economic drivers and amenities. Our assets include nearly three million square feet of office product, nearly 1,500 multi-family units and a mix of residential, retail, mixed-use, land and hospitality.
