Bio
Joe has over 3 years of real estate acquisition, development, and finance experience and has been with Sundance Bay for over 1 year. During his time with Sundance Bay, he has underwritten and placed $60MM in debt financing for retail, multifamily, and residential projects. Prior to Sundance Bay, Joe worked for a multifamily developer where he led underwriting for $1.5B in prospective developments and assisted in asset management responsibilities for 326 units. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
