Jeffrey E Pearl

Jeffrey E. Pearl, Vice President-Finance and Treasurer joined CRP in 2014 and has over 17 years of real estate and construction experience. Jeff is responsible for all aspects of finance, capital markets and treasury functions. At CRP, Jeff has led over $1B of capital market transactions including debt and equity origination as well as the acquisition and disposition of certain assets. Prior to joining CRP, Jeff was a manager at EY in the Transaction Real Estate practice focused on buy/sell side due diligence, real estate restructuring, strategic consulting, and valuation. He also spent time as an Analyst with both Bank of America and MMA Capital Management. Jeff earned his B.S. in finance from Clemson University and his M.B.A. from Loyola University. Jeff is an active ULI member.
