Through BV and the Macks Family Office, Mr. Macks and Mr. Fidler are active venture capital and private equity investors, counseling entrepreneurs on such issues as building management teams, creating capital structures to facilitate growth and establishing marketing and sales strategies. Mr. Macks is a founder and Board member of ROTI and sourced the Macks Family Office investment in WeWork. Mr. Fidler served on the Board of Home Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HME) and BroadTree Residential. He presently serves on the Boards of Private Client Resources, AgriFiber, and BurnAlong.
