Jamie joined the CBRE Financial Consulting Group in 2011, where he provided financial structuring, underwriting, and analytical consulting for commercial real estate investment transactions across the U.S. with an aggregate value in excess of $2 Billion. Jamie joined Barry Gabel in Capital Markets in 2013, bringing with him 16 years of commercial real estate and banking experience. Jamie is primarily responsible for financial modeling, interpretation of financial impact, and identifying areas for value creation on critical property-level issues. Jamie develops client-tailored solutions which enable his clients to make fully informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jamie was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and worked in the banking industry for 14 years. Jamie’s banking experience included serving as a relationship manager and providing commercial loans to middle market companies and high net worth families.
