Jack Kachadurian, Managing Director, brings over 14 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry to Newmark where he is currently focused on institutional multifamily investment sales, land sales and joint venture equity. Kachadurian has transacted and/or developed over 14,000 units totaling more than $2 billion throughout the course of his career.

Prior to joining Newmark, Kachadurian served as Director of Investments for Forum Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily. In this role, Kachadurian’s responsibilities included sourcing development, preferred equity and mezzanine debt opportunities in Southwestern U.S. markets. Kachadurian also previously served as Vice President, Development with Waypoint Residential and Wood Partners, both based in Denver.

Kachadurian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis on management and finance from Denver’s Regis University.
