Greer Scoggins

Greer is Director of Construction at Fuqua Development LP in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been in the construction industry for over twenty years managing various sized projects ranging from national tenant roll out programs to large complex commercial projects throughout the United States. He manages design and permitting phases, budgets, scheduling, and tenant coordination to ensure successful completion of projects. Previously, five years with The Sembler Company, Greer was Construction Manager of various projects, and was instrumental in coordinating tenant contractors to ensure successful opening dates after ground breaking. Greer was promoted to Director of Construction, relocated and worked with the Atlanta development team completing the $180 million Town Brookhaven and The Prado valued at $100 million. Greer was Vice President of a retail general contractor in Tampa and the nation's largest design build firm of Self Storage as the executive manager over regional offices in Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, and New York. Primary responsibilities included maintaining client relations, establishment of project budgets in concept phase, negotiations of Owner contracts, procurement of new business, management of staffing, and overall project oversight to ensure quality and schedule requirements were met. Greer graduated from University of Florida with B.S. in Building Construction with Honors.
