LinGate is headed by its founder, chairman and CEO Glenn D. Higdon. Mr. Higdon, a former certified financial planner, has developed, built and operated nearly 30 hotels since entering the hospitality industry in 1986. He serves as president of all the hotels' general partnerships and is majority owner of both Linmar Hospitality Group and Gateway Lodging, Inc, the two companies that make up LinGate. Mr. Higdon has also developed many other non-hospitality related ventures. Glenn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University.

LinGate has developed and/or acquired and managed over 45 hotel properties; including over 25 ground-up developments. LinGate hotels are in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and South Carolina. (Current portfolio states in bold).  The company began with a single property Tennessee and quickly grew into franchising multiple properties with Marriott, Hilton, and recently with IHG (Holiday Inn) brands. Founder and CEO, Glenn Higdon created LinGate with a strong business structure and the thoughtfulness of customer service in mind.  Imperial Construction and Renovation has been dedicated to the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years and continues to provide valuable services at a fair price. Imperial’s pride in workmanship is reflected throughout every aspect of the renovation process based on its close-knit family of professionals; from workers in the field, officers, project manager, purchasing, accountants and the other professionals who provide maximum effort and are fully committed to each project. The end result is a renovated hotel delivered in a timely manner, at the predetermined budget, with limited guest interruption. Most importantly, your guests will notice the details and quality reflected back to you in revenue, loyalty, guest scores, et al.  Crown Design focuses on commercial interior design in the hospitality industry and has had an active hand in many projects over the years, from individual finish selection on a variety of projects to full scale renovations and new construction. We are able to provide a wide range of services beginning with the research and conceptual design, coordination with the architect, space planning, and selection of materials and finishes to the design implementation including purchasing, documentation, installation, and overall project coordination.
