LinGate has developed and/or acquired and managed over 45 hotel properties; including over 25 ground-up developments. The company began with a single property Tennessee and quickly grew into franchising multiple properties with Marriott, Hilton, and recently with IHG (Holiday Inn) brands. Crown Design focuses on commercial interior design in the hospitality industry and has had an active hand in many projects over the years, from individual finish selection on a variety of projects to full scale renovations and new construction. We are able to provide a wide range of services beginning with the research and conceptual design, coordination with the architect, space planning, and selection of materials and finishes to the design implementation including purchasing, documentation, installation, and overall project coordination.
