Gina Cabral

Gina Cabral is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Cabral began her career at a Big 4 Accounting firm where she served a variety of domestic and international clients, including both public companies and privately held organizations. During her thirteen-year tenure, she specialized in audits of companies in the real estate, construction and hospitality industries. Ms. Cabral currently leads the Corporate Accounting and Finance departments for TIMGMT. She has a very hands-on approach and works closely with the Company’s executive team in executing the strategic initiatives of the company. Ms. Cabral also has a wide variety of reporting experience including working closely with investors, lenders, builder partners and regulators to provide each the information they need. Ms. Cabral holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
