Garrett Ederle

Garrett Ederle is a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities primarily focused on the residential and retail sectors. Prior to joining Silverpeak and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate Private Equity Group, Garrett was a project engineer for Holder Construction where he was responsible for project management and commissioning activities for numerous developments. Garrett holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
