Our real estate equity group, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, seeks to acquire investments across the U.S., in partnership with local real estate operating partners. We pursue undervalued assets—including those considered contrarian—and seek to employ value-add initiatives within a disciplined investment approach. We invest alongside operating partners whose capabilities within specific asset classes and geographical markets have produced a history of success. Our ventures include investments in direct property, platforms and real estate companies, as well as development opportunities in concert with experienced partners. Since Silverpeak’s founding, we have acquired over $21 billion* of gross asset value in over 240 separate real estate transactions across various property types and geographic regions. In addition, we actively manage $1.9 billion* of gross asset value across three opportunistic real estate private equity funds—with original capital commitments of $7.2 billion.
