Eric Pinkett joined Hyatt Commercial in 2021 as a Sales and Leasing Associate. Prior to his current role, Eric worked closely with investors to identify prime residential investments, laying the groundwork for his expertise in the industry. At Hyatt, he specializes in investment sales, focusing on the sale of retail, office and opportunistic real estate across the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and surrounding markets.

Since joining Hyatt, Eric has successfully brokered several high-profile deals, leveraging his proactive outreach skills to deliver results for his clients.

Eric graduated from McDaniel College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, where he was also a dedicated member of the football team.

Originally from Chestertown, MD, Eric now resides in Annapolis, MD, where he is actively involved in the local community. In his free time, he enjoys learning about investing, thoroughbred racing, and exploring Annapolis’s vibrant culinary scene.
